1. Follow the plan– be coachable.

3. Basically, you just skip breakfast. Don’t eat for 17 continuous hours, eat during a 7 hour window. Don’t eat anything until about noon (17 hours+ from your last meal)- Only black coffee, tea and water. NO CALORIES.
So if you finished dinner last night at 6:30. And your last snack at 8pm, don’t eat until 1pm, lunch…17 hours. 8 of those hours are sleep time.
4. Fill out your progress diary/ spreadsheet EVERY DAY.
5. Listen to your coach. Follow the plan.
