"The Plan"
17-7 Intermittent Fasting Protocol

Basically, for most men- you just skip breakfast. Don’t eat for 17 continuous hours, eat during a 7 hour window. Don’t eat anything until about noon (17 hours+ from your last meal)- Only black coffee, tea and water. NO CALORIES.
So, if you finished dinner last night at 6:30. And your last snack at 8pm, don’t eat until 1pm, lunch…17 hours. 8 of those hours are sleep time.
